Tapioca Cake With Chestnut

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups and half of TAPIOCA DA TERRINHA;
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 100g chopped chestnuts;
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk;

Method of preparation:

In a bowl add all the ingredients and stir until well blended. Grease a conical shape with tube and pour the contents of the dough into it. Preheat oven for 20 minutes at 200ºC. Wait for it to cool, uncover and serve with the chestnuts side up.
