Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of TAPIOCA DA TERRINHA;
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter;
  • 300g cream cheese light;
  • 2 pots of Greek yogurt;
  • 3 tablespoons of honey;
  • 2 blackberry cups;
  • 4 tablespoons of culinary sweetener;

Method of preparation:

Mix the tapioca and the melted butter. Cover the bottom one way with the dough and bake for 5 minutes at 200ºC. Reserve. Preparing the filling: Mix the cream cheese, yogurt and honey. Reserve. For the syrup, mix the blackberries and the culinary sweetener, leading to the fire then. Mounting: Cover the dough with the cream, then take to the freezer for 20 minutes. Remove from the freezer, place on a container and cover with the blackberry syrup.
