1 sachet of tapioca Da Terrinha fortified
1 cup funghi mushroom
1 cup shitake mushroom
1 medium onion, finely chopped
6 cloves of garlic
1 spoonful of chopped chives
2 colheres de azeite de oliva
curly lettuce
Himalayan salt and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Moisturize the mushrooms by soaking them in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside the water for the recipe. Saute onion and garlic with olive oil until golden brown and add green onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste. Gradually add a cup of tea to the mushroom water. Done, add the filling to the tapioca ready, finish with the lettuce, close the tapioca and serve.
