COOKIE WITH COCO FLOUR

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of coconut oil Da Terrinha
2 tablespoons of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of Coconut Flour Terrinha
2 egg units
1/2 tablespoon of baking poder

Method of preparation

Beat all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If the mixture is too liquid, gradually add the Terrinha coconut flour until you get a thicker dough. Heat a nonstick skillet and add a little bit of coconut oil from Terrinha. Pour the batter and wait for the first side to brown and turn. When it is golden on both sides, it can be served.

CHEESECAKE OF TAPIOCA

Ingredients:

  •  1 - cup of TAPIOCA DA TERRINHA;
  • 4 - Spoons of melted butter;
  • 300g of light cream cheese;
  •  2 jars of Greek yogurt;
  •  3 spoons of honey;
  •  2 cups of blackberry;
  •  4 spoons of culinary sweetener;

Method of preparation:

Mix tapioca and melted butter. Cover the bottom with the dough and bake for 5 minutes at 200ºC.

  • Preparing the Stuffing: Mix together the cream cheese, yogurt and honey. Reserve. For the syrup, mix the blackberries and the culinary sweetener, then bring to the fire.
  • Assembly: Cover the dough with the cream, then freeze for 20 minutes. Remove from freezer, place in a container and cover with the blackberry syrup.

PETIT GATEAU

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs;
  • 150g of dark chocolate;
  • 100g of butter;
  • 100ml of coconut milk;
  • 200g of TAPIOCA DA TERRINHA;

Method of preparation

In a bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler until it reaches a consistent and homogeneous cream point. Remove from heat, pour coconut milk, tapioca and mix well. Finally, lay the eggs and mix gently again. Butter greased pans, put the batter and bake in preheated oven for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and place a small plate on top to unmold them. Lastly, add 1 scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!
